Subject: Tap bought off Amazon

Hi there, I bought a tap in October expecting to move imminently. The move unfortunately was delayed so I didn’t get the keys to my new home until December 13th. A week later we had a plumber in to fit the new tap but the tap appears to be faulty. How can we return this item please?
